ChangeLog:
 * New, light Ethernet MAC (Minimac)
 * TFTP network boot from the BIOS
 * Fixed TMU2 interpolation (bug reported by Jacky)

The ML401 binary kit online:
 * does not have the TMU2 (for some freaky reason, fixing that bug has caused
a significant timing problem with Xst-generated netlists).
 * still has the CPU cache synthesis problem spotted in July and still not
fixed by Xilinx despite several reports, preventing Linux from booting.
 * Xst also generates a broken netlist (this is becoming the norm!) for
Minimac, resulting in corrupt packets being received. When using another
synthesizer, Ethernet data are correctly received (currently tested with
hundreds of megabytes).

As I am sick and tired of working around issues stemming from Xilinx Sloppy
Technology (XST) and since those issues might not be present on the final
Spartan-6 port, I have not fixed them. Use a better synthesizer or contact me
if they bother you for development.

Sébastien
