I don't understand the details of this measurement. Does that mean that you have measured 90mA going into an LDO03 regulator module used to supply 1V2 to the FPGA (and nothing else)? Is the 90mA measured on the 1V2, or at the input of the regulator? What was the regulator input voltage?
