Hi, * We should put a pull-down resistor on the reset pin of the video input chip as well (the example schematics includes external POR circuitry) * We'd rather use 1K (instead of 10K) resistors. The pre-configuration FPGA pull-up circuitry supplies up to 0.5mA of current, which would fail to create a low logic level with a 10K resistor. With a 1K resistor, the voltage at power-up will be 0.5V in the worst case. Both the video input and the ethernet chips recognize voltages of up to 0.8V as a low level, so a 1K resistor will work.
