Consider two things:
1. the EEPROM connections are wrong
2. You used a 8 bit EEPROM (93x66a) and not a 16-bit 93x66B or a 8-16 bit
93x66C in 16 bit mode.
Been there, done that. And in another try I managed to provide a wrong
package to the maufacturer. Murphy...
