As I know, only the big USB-B connector has upwards version, but it's really big one. Yes, it's really hard to put microSD card if you don't remove the JTAG board. I think we should think about the mechanical problem first, these two are not big problem. Currently I cut the connector a little to make a good contact. I'm not sure if there are any short connector, we can't cut the connector for mass production. I'll show you the problem when I transfer the 4 boards to you.
