Yeah, my procedure is not correct. Should be like as below you told me:
1. run >> flterm --port /dev/ttyUSB0 --kernel boot4.bin
2. press middle push button to make sure D2 light up.
3. when you see 'press Q to abort boot' on flterm serial console, do it
4. type 'serialboot' and after a short while the test program should start
fyi the second LED means that the initial RAM test has passed and that the
board is running the BIOS or application software

BTW, I've still ordered two cables of FTDI TTL-232R-3V3 for safety.
