Hi,

Most images for the run 3 boards are ready. You can download them from:
http://www.milkymist.org/updates/2011-07-13/
They are of course compatible with run 2 boards.
The file named "flickernoise" is the ELF image which contains the debug
information in sync with flickernoise.fbi, to help tracking down
problems like system freezes with GDB.

Xiangfu, can you:
1) use the binary images provided, except for the rescue BIOS
2) prepare rescue BIOS images (use version tagged 1.0, not the git head)
for the different MAC addresses
3) prepare a YAFFS2 image with all the patches in
http://www.milkymist.org/updates/2011-07-13/patches (patches that
require DMX to look good are intentionally missing) + the contents of
the "wallpapers" folder in the Flickernoise repository. Do not enable
the wallpapers by default, and do not create a sysconfig.bin at all (the
hardcoded defaults are OK).
4) write a little UrJTAG/shell script that Adam can use easily for
flashing the boards. Don't forget splash-rescue.raw.
