Hi Xiangfu,

1) When you say I need to download the images myself. Do you mean I need to 
download everything in http://milkymist.org/updates/?
2) I have downloaded reflash_m1.sh from 
https://raw.github.com/milkymist/scripts/master/scripts/reflash_m1.sh
there's no switch '--rc3' in the script, only '-- rc3 xx xx'
3) where is the updated reflash_m1.sh with new help message?
