The question came up where to put the header for the two internal
USB ports in M1r4. So far our working hypothesis was that we provide
a connector and then wolfgang pulls a suitable cable out of his
magic hat.

Unfortunately, it seems that Wolfgang doesn't have such a cable in
his hat. Therefore, I'd suggest we use a new working hypothesis as
follows:

- we'll design/make (*) a little adapter board that provides at
  least one USB A receptacle

- we place the connector such that this adapter board doesn't get
  too difficult to get right

(*) Consider mass-producing if we decide to ship M1r4 with an RF
keyboard. That way, the RF dongle could be kept inside the M1
and doesn't get lost / torn off / etc.

The board would be primitive - just two connectors, no other
components. 1 or 2 copper layers on 1.6 mm FR4.

For dimensions, I made a mockup with an atusb placed on a 2x5 0.1"
connector. I also put such a connector between the (old) USB
connecor and the USB A receptacle used for the internal dongle, to
show the horizontal spacing.

The 0.1" connector in the configuration used has a height of about
12.5 mm, so this is a reasonably close approximation of the height
the real adapter would have (10-11 mm for the connectors, plus 1.6
mm for the PCB.)

This is the overview:

Vertical clearance is excellent everywhere, with plenty of rooom
below and above the dongle:

Does this look reasonable ?
