Do you have an explanation for the asymmetrical bypassing, e.g., that U14.1 has 100 nF but U15.1 has only 10 nF ? My theory is that they should actually be the same but that they got confused at some time in the past when making the layout. But I wonder if this interpretation is correct ? Since all the differences are only a factor of ten and bypassing is rarely an exact science, it probably doesn't matter.
