[O-MPI devel] 1.0.1rc5 is available

For those following the 1.0.1 release, I've put a link up on the web 
site which has top-level bullets about what has changed in each release 
(to include what's in SVN that is not yet released).  See:

1.0.1rc5 is now available, featuring lower carbs and more flavor:
