Hello Brad, please note the valgrind memchecker merging, that could go in for 1.3 under the "m. Miscellaneous" section.
Also, please note, moving the ORTE merging to 1.3.1 would mean moving m. Miscellaneous point vii., Windows CCP support there as well. The current/new does not seem to work on windows at the moment, Shiqing will propose a patch for that.
