I noted Jeff's admonition to also commit to the v1.3 branch any changes intended for that release. Unfortunately, in trying to do so, I find that access privileges do not appear to be extended to the at-large community. I know Jeff has special access authorities, so perhaps this authority issue hasn't become apparent yet.
Anyway, if you want us to commit to that branch, then please open up the authorities so we can do so. I have been blocked for the last several days whenever I have tried to update v1.3 with a "403 Forbidden" message. Thanks Ralph
