Subject: Upgrading subversion on sourcehaven
Hi,
I have tried to upgrade subversion-1.4.2 to 1.5.5 on sourcehaven and
this time, there is no problem with the SourceHaven web application.
This upgrade did not really need any serious downtime for the
services(maybe less than 10second down time) and I needed to check
to see if subversion-1.5.* works fine with SH(more specifically, the
javahl binding of 1.5.* version works fine with SH).
This upgrade is done on only the subversion server but not on the
SVN repositories.
So, if we are fine with the 1.5.5 version which may not satisfy as
much as 1.6.3, I would like to set up a downtime for upgrading the
SVN repositories to take full advantage of the 1.5.5 version.
Meanwhile, I will try to find a way to upgrade subversion to 1.6.3
again which had a problem with SH.
