Yes, but they have nothing to do with the undefined symbols above.
If so, the right solution might just be to copy from
trunk/opal/mca/hwloc/hwloc122ompi/hwloc/* to
ompi-1.5/opal/mca/hwloc/hwloc122ompi/hwloc/.
