You may or may not have seen Orion P's pull request earlier today.  He had a 
patch to submit (he found a minor typo), and so he submitted a pull request 
*against master*.

This is actually perfect.  We had a little conversation about it (it was a 
shmem patch), so Mike, Josh, and I chatted briefly about it, and then we 
accepted the pull request directly into master.

So this is just a heads up -- we can see pull requests:

- against release branches (for what used to be CMRs)
- against master (for random contributions and for RFCs)
