The Doodle is pretty conclusive: Feb 23-25 (Tue-Thu). IBM is trying to reserve space in their conference facilities in Dallas, TX, USA. If they can do that, we'll lock down those dates.
The goal would be to start first thing Tuesday morning (9am), and go until early afternoon Thursday. Some people will be able to fly out Thursday afternoon; others can fly out Friday morning.
