Howard and I will discuss on the call tomorrow where we are with respect to
v2.0.0. Short version: we're starting to close the door on v2.0.0 so that we
can try to get a release candidate out by the end of this year.
Please go through and clean up your v2.0.0 issues:

Please look at all those issues and:
- close the issue (if it's fixed/done), or
- defer it to the v2.x milestone, or
- actually fix it so that we can get it into the v2.0.0 release
