Howard and I reviewed the pending v2.x PRs yesterday and found a lot of them have not yet been reviewed.
SHORT VERSION Get your v2.x PRs reviewed. We won't merge PRs that have not been reviewed. MORE DETAIL PMIx is the blocking feature for v2.1.0. If your PR does not get merged before PMIx is finalized, it may miss the v2.1.0 window. And if your PR is a new feature, it will miss the entire v2.1.x window.
