UCX folks - As part of https://github.com/open-mpi/ompi/issues/7968, a README item was added about the segfault in UCX for older IB hardware. That note said the issue would be fixed in UCX 1.10. Aurelien later added a note saying it was fixed in UCX 1.9.0-rc3. Which version should be referenced in the README: 1.9 or 1.10? We are trying to get the documentation set for Open MPI 4.1 and master.
