Over the past month or so, you may have noticed that sometimes mails you sent to the Open MPI mailing lists were delayed, sometimes by multiple days.
Our mailing list provider has been experiencing technical difficulties in keeping the Open MPI mailing lists flowing. They tell us that they had a "Eureka!" moment yesterday and they think that they have fixed the underlying problem.
