Hi all, As I read trough the 802.11s standard, I'd found that there are two kind of mesh discovery which is active scanning and passive scanning. Probe request and probe response are used in active scanning and beacon is used in passive scanning. Do open11s developement support the usage of active scanning? From wireshark scanning, I can only see beacon frame from the mesh station and not probe request and probe response. If open11s support active scanning, do I need to do modification to the code or only application setting is required? Thanks, Ming Ann
