For the time being, setting the mcast-rate can be done "manually"
using the following command (but only with iw version 3.4):
iw dev <devname> mesh join <mesh ID> [mcast-rate <rate in Mbps>]

Even if you set mcast-rate in /etc/config/wireless, it won't work
since the related script in OpenWRT is not updated for this.
