On my Access Point, I'm planning on adding couple of custom commands to nl80211, to notify userspace of a vendor specific Probe Request. Are there any set of rules that i need to know or is there a prescribed do's and dont's while adding new commands.
I suppose I can register for probe request from user space, but doesn't hostapd already do that, and from the comments I see that only one registration per interface is possible so i cant write new user space program. Thanks S
