802.11s does have a feature called proxy update that allowed mesh STA
to exchange proxy information (the mesh STA address that you used to
reach the external STA via proxy mesh gates) in IEEE 80211-2012
section 13.11.4. It could allow the roaming between proxy mesh gates.
But we haven't implemented this in o11s.
