We don't yet have such proxies. Contributions would of course be much appreciated. One thing that might be useful is a command line utility "exchange2mbox" which can sync a local mbox to a single user's exchange mailbox. It comes with openchange. The only other suggestion I can make is that recent versions of evolution ship with Exchange support (using OpenChange libmapi library). If you are a current user of Evolution, then that might be a possibility.
