I can view the wiki now and I think you've discovered the problem. Just like
having
WIKI_VIEW permission, anyone who wants to create a new ticket needs
TICKET_CREATE permission. That needs to be set with trac-admin. Since I'm
registered
as just a simple trac user, I doubt I would have that permission. Do I need to
register as something else?
