Hi Kamen,

Applying the patch for 0.9 release wouldn't be worthwhile or useful for
anyone. The openchange server will be broken for sure - provisioning
scripts won't work with latest samba4 schema - and your patch require us
to update schema prior applying it, for obvious testing purposes.

However it will cope with the 0.10 objectives which will primary be
focused on openchange server / mapiproxy and Exchange transport layer.

We had to make up a decision and chose - given openchange server
technology preview state - this release could live without the server
side.

Not that is doesn't matter to us or is not important, but developers
working with the client side needs a fresh release addressing most of
the critical bugs they tracked among last months.
