I've moved some of the more adventurous stuff to an (unnamed) 0.11 milestone,
and created a custom report for what is left against 0.10:
http://trac.openchange.org/report/9

We will likely move some more stuff to a future release, but I'd like to have
the following in 0.10:
#180 Email headers missing exchange2mbox
#183 Folder list with Cyrillic names contains only '????'
#233 popt used without checking it works.
#234 Update dependency to samba4 alpha11
#161 Use pointers instead of variables for large structs
#167 Samba4 code being pasted into openchange
#184 possible format string problem - libocpf/ocpf_write.c
#235 make sure pointers are valid before dereferencing
#92 uno: possible use before in openchangeclient.c
#149 checking Freebusy status fails for specific resource on Exchange 2003

I know some of that is well under way - I'm just trying to figure out what is
sane and achievable for this release.
