I don't understand why you keep trying to specify a stand-alone IP
address rather than using the complete binding string with
dcerpc_mapiproxy:binding. 

It is documented
I have told you about it in previous emails

There's no way the second mapiproxy can work if you don't specify
ncacn_ip_tcp:100.100.100.209[] for this parameter.
