To be honest, FXICS implementation is truly far from our
immediate/short-term objectives.

We first have to work on extending GetHierarchyTable, OpenFolder and
GetProps to mapistore.
Then implement SetProps, GetContentsTable and any operation that allow
to retrieve messages + related mapistore architecture.
After that we'll probably have to work on handling named properties
properly and work on rights/permissions to have shared items.

This is a very preliminary roadmap, however the fsocpf mapistore backend
truly helps us implement basic server-side rops quickly. Furthermore,
there's a huge tons of minor details that Outlook requires and make the
whole difference.
