New users cannot register to post to the "Community Forum" section of the
website; When creating an account, a message about not being able to
instantiate the mail function is presented, and a confirmation email is
never received (and you can thus not confirm your registered account to
be able to post).
I have bug fixes to report and merge to the SVN tree, but cannot find out
where to create an SVN and/or TRAC account.
