Its on my list of things to look at. I think there are some issues with the ID 
values, but I need to check before saying anything wrong.

Which property is this with? You can check the Microsoft specs to see what the 
property is supposed to contain.

Not that I know of. I have an outstanding TODO on the NSPI bits. However 
things are pretty busy and there is no schedule for completion.

We have to manually approve each user (it gets several spam users a day). 
Possibly your user ID got missed in the noise. Send me a private email with
