I do these:

In the samba 4.1.11 folder that was already build and provisioned:

$ ldconfig

Then, in the openchange folder I do:

$ make
$ make install
$ ldconfig

Can you check if you have
/usr/local/samba/lib/dcerpc_server/dcesrv_mapiproxy.so and execute
a
ldd to see if there are some missing dependencies?
