Good morning All, We have recently completed the implementation of asynchronous notifications support in OpenChange which enables the delivery of near to real-time new email notifications to Outlook and triggers automatic Inbox update. The code is currently on jkerihuel/asynchronous-notifications branch on github [1] and is pending review this week by the team and active developers for integration into master [2].
We just have started a series of articles on OpenChange asynchronous notifications to document this work, explain the general principles, the design and architecture of the framework and its internals.
