Specifically, it supports autodiscover, availability (Free/Busy) and Out-of-office service. To be compatible with Outlook for MAC, it requires to implement another bunch of EWS services which is a big task which hasn't been addressed yet and I don't see a close foreseeable future where this is implemented.
