You could better use $(includedir) and the other vars from gar.conf.mk
here, but that is not really important. Your Makefile looks almost
perfect at that would be 100% ;-)

Yep, WORKSRC_FIRSTMOD should work here. LICENSE is sometimes not
copied to DESTDIR.
