Just upgraded from moko8 to moko11. made measurements before and after (same rootfs, same kernel - from backup) - time from presing power button, to bars in GSM indicator.
moko8: 3 minutes 5 seconds moko11: 3 minutes 4 seconds So evidently there is no difference (at least for me) in registration speed.
