It looks like wiki.bluez.org is mostly the older bluez version 3.  Looks
like development for bluez4 is at http://www.bluez.org/development/git/

The doc directory at
http://git.kernel.org/?p=bluetooth/bluez.git;a=summary
Seems to be full of api stuff.  Look also in the test directory.
