Thank you for your comments guys, i have still played with it a bit and reduced the size to 4138.31 kB where kernel takes about 1176.27 kB, (just kernel networking required by X adds about 200kB). Hovewer, having done that, the booting speed has not been reduced almost at all, perhaps to 11sec. but i can't seem to get bellow 10 secs with or without X...
