So we have: ping neo->local almost always fails ping local->neo works ping neo->remote almost always fails httping neo->remote often fails ssh local->neo works dns neo->remote works And all the troubles vanish if you wmiconfig -i eth0 --power maxperf Is this correct ? Did you try any other combinations ? I suppose the other systems on your network never have such problems ?
