To flash back to NAND u-boot you will have to use the NOR u-boot which you can access by holding in the AUX button while starting your Freerunner. Then you can use dfu-util and/or neotool to replace Qi with u-boot in NAND. See http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/Flashing_the_Neo_FreeRunner for details.
