Hi Julien, Dan suggested this step in a discussion in thread "SF.net SVN: openser: [2950] trunk/scripts". He had issues with a custom db scheme if he build debian packages. Anyway, as the generated db SQL data is checked in into the svn repository (like the README files), it not necessary to generate the SQL on debian package building anymore.
