adrian,

i agree that it is more appropriate to turn on ip forwarding in
/etc/sysctl.conf rather than in mediaproxy-relay init script.

however, mediaproxy-relay init script should check that ip forwarding is
enabled before trying to start media-relay.  now init script reports OK
even when ip forwarding is not enabled.
