Summary: add replace_body_atonce
Initial Comment:
This patch adds a new function "replace_body_atonce()", which allows to replace
multiple lines at once (opposed to replace_body_all(), which does line-by-line
matching).
This is useful if you for example want to strip parts or the overall SDP body
from a message, like:
if(has_body() && replace_body_atonce("^.+$", ""))
remove_hf("Content-Type");

Hi Andreas,
I made a small rework on the fixup functions part (to make them more
general) - the patch is on svn. Maybe for 1.5, we can merge the two
replace_bodyxxxxx() functions and put a second param for controlling the
behaviour
