- changed the $ct pvar - instead of returning the Contact hdr body (same as
$hdr(contact) ), it returns a contact spec (dispaly name + URI + params).
As a contact hdr may contain multiple Contact specs and a message may contain
multiple contact hdrs, an index was added to the $ct var:
$ct, $(ct[1]) , $(ct[-2])
