It occurs to me that when one wants to properly implement the dialog event package in an end-point it also needs:
a) A way to provision policy b) A way to be notified about watchers For Event=presence we have pres-rules for a) and presence.winfo for b). Dialog-rules and dialog.winfo seem to be a mirrored way to do the similar but for dialog event. Does anyone have any better idea for how to accomplish the above?
