- added two new functions to be used on sets of values:
- set_count(_pvar_name_): returns the number of values of the
pseudovariable
- set_select_weight(_pvar_name_): selects an element from the set
formed by the values of the pseudovariable; the selection algorithm is the
genetic algorith roulette-wheel selection; it return the index of the element
