backport from trunk (rev 6599):
- fixed bogus removel of Route bodys when switching from SR to LR. If local
Route and final Route are on the same Route hdr, you were ending up with an
empty Route hdr.
Thanks to Ovidiu Sas for reporting and helping with debug info.
