Summary: reserved identifier violation

Initial Comment:
I suggest to try the search pattern "\<_(?:(?:_(.*))|([A-Z]+))" on source
files. A couple of places will be found where names begin with two underscores
or an underscore and an uppercase letter.

Examples:
* _AAA_AVP_H

http://opensips.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/opensips/trunk/aaa/aaa_avp.h?revision=5907&view=markup

* _TSession

http://opensips.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/opensips/trunk/modules/mi_xmlrpc/abyss_session.h?revision=3226&view=markup

This does not fit to the expected naming conventions of the C language standard.
* See section "7.1.3 Reserved identifiers"
